Civil legal liability

In compliance with current legislation, person who has caused injury either to the life or health as well as damage to the property of the third persons must fully indemnify that injury or damage.

The aim of the civil liability insurance is preventing an insurant against unpredictable financial losses. Provided, the policy of the civil liability insurance is available, BTA will indemnify costs associated with the liability to the third parties.
